Well its been a thousand years since I posted anything but I am getting allot of questions from people and and my clients regarding the ins and outs of comp prep. So I thought if people are interested I might as well record it, we at least I will try, I don't have the best track record at blogging....hey girls ;)
Today See's me being 14 weeks out from competition, I am going very well this time, no where near the amount of hassles I have had in the past. That being said, I know how far I have to go, so fingers crossed, head down and arse up.... its time to really get down to business.
I increase cardio again this week, food is staying the same until something stops. For example the little fricken needle of the scales and the the little plastic arms of BF pincher's!
I started at 86.6 almost 6 weeks ago and I am down to roughly 80, give or take a kilo. I can feel a little bit of difference in my clothes, but the "pair" of jeans are still uncomfortably tight... looks like I have arse cleavage....now there's a nice mental picture!
